Steps to Register for Blue Tent Classes
REGISTRATION FOR THE UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR OPENS:

Mid-February @ 9 a.m. Eastern for current Blue Tent students and siblings.

Monday, March 3 @ 9 a.m. Eastern for new families.

Register
Submit the 2025-26 Course Registration.
Submit the 2025-26 Registration Fee.
Students pay a non-refundable registration fee once per school year. No fee is needed if registering for a waitlist until a seat opens up.

Wait for a Confirming Email
After we receive both your Course Registration and Registration Fee, and they have been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Incomplete Course Registrations and non-payment of the Registration Fee will delay the processing of your enrollment.

Pay Tuition
To hold a seat in a class:

For registrations received before or on July 15: tuition and digital resource payments are due within 30 days after you receive your confirmation email from us.

For registrations received after July 15: tuition and digital resource payments are due by the first day of class after you receive your confirmation email from us.
Please do not pay tuition before you receive that email.
Tuition can be paid by credit card, check, or charter/scholarship purchase order.

Or Join a Wait List
To join a wait list, please submit a Course Registration form ONLY. No registration fee is needed yet.
We will send you an email confirming your student's waitlist number, and we'll update you regularly as the list size shrinks.
