
How do I pay tuition?
Tuition can be paid by credit card or school or charter PO.

Charter Purchase Orders: We will hold a seat for your student prior to receiving a PO. We understand that funds and ordering are not available until late summer.

Please provide us with a PO for both tuition and fees when your ordering window opens and prior to the start of class.

If Blue Tent is not a vendor for your charter (see the "Charter" FAQ thread), let us know. We will be happy to apply to become a vendor.

Please give us plenty of notice if we are holding a seat for you and your plans change so we can offer a seat to a waitlisted student.

School or Scholarship Purchase Orders and Payments: We will be happy to work with whatever process your school or scholarship program has in place. Just contact us at bluetentclasses@gmail.com to let us know what we should expect or what you need from us.
What is the Blue Tent payment policy?
REGISTRATION

Students will be added to class rosters once we receive both a Course Registration form and the registration fee.

REGISTRATION FEE

The $95 registration fee is charged once per student per school year and is non-refundable. This fee helps us cover credit card fees and the administrative costs of rostering students.

A registration fee is due at registration. If you plan to pay for this via a PO, we will fully reimburse you for your payment once we receive that.
TUITION PAYMENTS

To retain a seat in a course, tuition and other payments are as follows:

Registrations received before or on July 15: tuition and digital resource payments are due within 30 days after you receive your confirmation email from us.

Registrations received after July 15: tuition and digital resource payments are due by the first day of class after you receive your confirmation email from us.

Registrations received on or after the first day of class: tuition and digital resource payments are due within 24 hours after you receive your confirmation email from us.

Please do not pay tuition before you receive that confirmation email.

By purchase order: arrange for a PO to be sent to Blue Tent Online in July or August.

Once a fully registered student passes the refund window, families who withdraw their students agree to pay out of pocket for the balance of the tuition & fees due if their charter or program will not pay beyond the withdrawal date.
